We are delighted that Sir David Walker, author of the recent influential review of the corporate governance of UK banks, has agreed to speak to London First members at this breakfast. The review, published in November 2009, recommended extensive reforms to strengthen bank governance. It will be fascinating to hear Sir David’s views on how his recommendations are being taken forward by the industry and regulators.
