Outline Events Programme January – March 2012

25 January 2012, RUSI Olympic and Paralympic Security Conference 2012.  Supported by London First and Organised in partnership with the Home Office's Olympic Security Directorate, RUSI's 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Security Conference will attract an international audience of some two hundred senior experts.  The conference will provide strategic and operational insight into all aspects of Olympic security policy and planning, revealing how the country is preparing itself to deliver the best 'Olympic Games experience' ever. Keynote speakers include Rt. Hon. Theresa May, Home Secretary; Sir John Scarlett, Senior Associate Fellow, RUSI; Sir David Veness, Chair, London First Security and Policing Programme; Sir Ian Johnston, Director of Security, LOCOG; and James Brokenshire MP, Undersecretary for Crime and Security.
